            Many do not know it but there are health benefits of ice cream. Yes, that is right. This simple sugar delight is acctually rich in calcium and we all know that calcium is the new wonder nutrient since it builds up the bones in our body.I had initially thought that ice cream is not good for health. but after reading several articles about it that I know that ice cream is good for health. but there are some things about the good ice kream.

           Calcium is the new wonder nutrient! Research confirms that the mineral best known for building bones never stops working. Calcium helps control blood pressure, reduces the risk of colon cancer, puts a damper on PMS, and may lower the chances of developing kidney stones. And while it does your body good, it's also doing good for your figure by helping you lose weight, shed belly fat and maintain your weight loss.
 Most everyone can lose weight by cutting back on calories and getting some exercise. Maintaining that weight loss, however, is the challenge. Recent research suggests that calcium-rich dairy foods help slow down or stop lost pounds from creeping back.
           But when you don't get enough calcium, your body responds by releasing hormones to maintain calcium levels, including calcitriol. This hormone affects fat cells, sending signals to activate the genes involved in making more fat out of sugar and to slow fat breakdown.

So go ahead and eat ice cream from time to time, as long as you don't overload on sugar and saturated fat. Better still, incorporate nonfat milk or nonfat yogurt in your diet; low-fat ice cream has twice the calories and half the calcium of nonfat plain yogurt. If you're averse to dairy for any reason, there are reasonable alternatives.

how to prevent cyberbully

Many argue that there is no real way to prevent bullying. Kids will be kids and that is all there is to it. But, because of the incredibly negative effects that have recently been found to occur to the victims of bullying, there has been an active effort to limit bullying. The solutions are easy ones, and easy to practice.

Kids can make bullying seem unappealing. Often times, students fall victim to the bystander effect, simply letting the bullying occur. But, it has been found that if students take an active resistance when they see a fellow classmate being bullied, the bully is less likely to act out in this way. By simply telling the bully that what they are doing is not right, a bully will often cease their actions because the cause of their bullying is many times a search for social acceptance. With these facts in mind, kids can help combat the problem of bullying.

Many of the suggestions to prevent bullying, however, seem to be counterproductive. In one article, the author – Laura Egodigwe – gives suggestions on avoiding bullying, not necessarily preventing or stopping it. She says to, “Ignore or avoid. If a bully asks for your lunch money, keep walking and act like you don't hear them,” and “Be aware. Knowing who's in front of you or behind you in the hallway or in a line at school can help you to avoid bullies”. These, though they are great suggestions for avoiding bullies, they really do not solve anything.
They are as helpful as, say, telling a child that the best places to hide are behind the jungle gym and by the vending machine.


conclusion, bullying should not occur among children at this time. the act of bullying can be avoid if the youth or the older shows better behavior to form a community of happy and innocent of any crime.

             "Eat your fruits and vegetables" is one of the tried and true recommendations for a healthy diet. And for good reason. Eating plenty of vegetables and fruits can help you ward off heart disease and stroke, control blood pressure, prevent some types of cancer, avoid a painful intestinal ailment called diverticulitis, and guard against cataract and macular degeneration.

             Individuals who ate more than 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per had roughly a 20 percent lower risk of coronary heart disease and stroke, compared with individuals who ate less than 3 servings per day. men and women whose health and dietary habits were followed for 14 years. The higher the average daily intake of fruits and vegetables, the lower the chances of developing cardiovascular disease. Compared with those in the lowest category of fruit and vegetable intake
.

           The nutritional value of the fruits and vegetables eaten depends upon how they have been grown, stored and shipped. The whole subject of the beneficial effects of these foods, as you see, is a subject in and of itself.  So it is important to try and eat fruits and vegetables in as many different colours as possible to benefit from the protective effects of the nutrients that they contain.

            In my opinion what should you do is tell the problem you encounter to someone who can you trust such as partner or consultant counseling. From story, you give up all the feelings and frustrations because of all the problems you encounter are not in hearts. Then, In this way the mind will be calm because the burden of responsibility is reduced. Useful advice can be used for future happiness. not only the future but as his passion for life. parable saying "Decorate life with jokes because it represents a harmonious life".Make this parable as a spirit to continue your life.

            Secondly, if you thing really stress go to interesting places to reduce stress such as beaches, waterfalls and many places along the history of carve. sometimes the memories ago will give spirit for life and can carry life like always. But do not be influenced by friends or emotional stimulus to go to the disco because this place will add pressure incurred. at the disco a lot of things will happen in unexpected among intoxicated individuals, and will eventually destroy themselves.

           I know your mind are free now but do not take action in a hurry to commit suicide. suicide is a major an offense and is a great sin in Islam. as a Muslim you have to ask Him all things are simplified and solved the problem. Only God can know your problem and can solve it. I have a friend who had a similar situation as you but he can live a better after attending some of the motivation to transform itself to become a strong man. do not you eager to experience the same situation seems to change? Awake, my friends due to lack of spirit resulted in more failures than successes.

           I share stories about this problem to motivate you to change your life better. but no one can change us unless ourselves. problems that you face is not alone and even more severe burden than you. therefore be grateful for what you have because God is still giving you the chance to change yourself.

True friends are those who are not selfish either through good and bad times. although we have many friends but real friends difficult to find. for me true friends are friends the difficult and often happy together. friends will not say no if friend inevitably .. the true riends will save us from any situations. Friends will help us to escape from big troubles. Friends will come front to solve the problems. Friendship never knows to Runaway during problems. A good friend stays When there is problem and goes after the problem solves.

 We can tell a lot about friendship and friends. You may have a lot of friends but try to get a friend who is loyal, trustable to us and be like that to your friend also. That is the only meaning of friendship. "BE LOYAL AND TRUSTABLE".

last week our class watched glee story. the story about Rachel and Finn duet together on Elton John and Kiki Dee's "Don't Go Breaking My Heart," Brittany offers to be Artie's girlfriend in a bid to pair up with him on the duet project, while Tina and Mike Chang's increasing arguments threaten both their duet and their relationship.  Using the analogy of Grease and Grease 2, Rachel and Finn decide to perform not just a lesser song to throw their duet; they'll also make it an offensive song.
